WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

INTERNAL: Claim Sr. Management, Claim Handlers, Claim Support Staff, IT staff and Management, Human Resources, Product Management, Policy services and others.

EXTERNAL: Clients, Client Representatives, Vendors and Business Partners

SPECIAL DEMANDS OR WORKINGCONDITIONS:
* Workload is subject to deadlines.
* Obtaining multiple Insurance licenses is required



Required Skills

* 2 or 4-year college degree, and/or professional insurance designations, and/or relevant experience preferred.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Required Experience

* Minimum of 1-2 years experience handling property insurance claims preferred.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
