CDI has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to coordinate project related activities and resources in support of large-scale projects. Will act as the liaison between Project Managers, Development teams, and any additional teams as necessary. May help coordinate multiple projects at the one time, so the ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with detailed organization is very important. Projects are typically longer-term, with moderate to high scope, impact, risk and complexity.

Experience in Application Development project coordination is preferred. Technologies may include Java, Tibco, SharePoint, Data Modeling, MS Project. Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following: Gather and documents project requirements; tracks and reports project status; escalates identified issues and follows up on assigned actions; provides research and analytical support; documents workflows, processes and procedures; updates documents and reports; and communicates project information and updates to project team and users. May update group information posted on websites. May track and reports project and budget status, identifies project/production issues and identifies resources to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays; schedules and coordinates problem reviews and follows up on assigned actions; arranges and/or delivers training; documents new or revised processes and procedures; updates websites that host project documents, reports, and/or group information; serves as point of contact for project information and updates.
