Required Qualifications: Education, Training, Experience, and Skills, and amount of travel required:
BS in Engineering or technical degree. Minimum of ten years demonstrated success in QA/QC global management. Knowledge and proven use of statistics, Six Sigma or other data collecting and analytic tools. Must have ISO knowledge and successful experience in PCB, wireless, HF or electronics industry. Will initially travel at least 20% of time to various sites (including customer and Rogers) and then reduce as appropriate.

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR regulations.


Preferred Qualifications: Education, Training, Experience and Skills:

MS or higher level degree in technical field. ASQC or similar accreditation. Previous experience in key role within IPC (or similar in electronic fabrication), UL or leading industry specific organization is a plus.
