Safety Lead (Construction) Job Description:
Our Client, A construction firm is looking to bring on a well-rounded Safety specialist who has an excellent field manner, but can also write up basic safety documents. The ideal candidate will be very hands-on and will truly look and Safety as his/her passion.

The Ideal candidate will also posses an active OSHA 500 Certification and have 5 years minimum Safety experience within the Construction Industry.

Safety Lead Responsibilities-

-New Hire processing -and-amp; orientation
-Lead Daily Stretch -and-amp; Flex
-Assist with pre-task planning
-Daily SBO's and documented safety inspections
-Daily coaching of employees in positive manner
-Safety signage and prep
-Msds Book Maintenance
-Chemical usage approvals
-Foreman Manuals
-Job Hazard Analysis
-Organization of Weekly Safety Meetings
-Conduct weekly safety meeting
-Training Documentation of Employees in Data Base
-Attend all required customer safety lead meetings - Volunteer help with issues
-Assisting with Sipp Processes as directed by Superintendent and Foreman
-Assist with all protocol issues
-Prepare emergency phone list for field employees
-PPE Analysis
-Promote and assist with company HR programs
